ver todas as avaliaçõesStudio was lovely, instructor was awesome, class was challenging but also fantastic, could feel I was working muscles I don’t usually access in normal strength training and didn’t feel as sore after from normal workouts, not as much strain on my back or knees. Definitely want to go again.
