ver todas as avaliaçõesCan’t speak for everyone’s experience since I’ve only been once and haven’t met all the coaches but as a PoC I felt very welcomed in the space especially as a beginner with no prior experience. It was a group class but I still got a chance to work with coach Dave one on one to learn correct form and learn how to train with a partner. Challenging but fun will definitely be back!

Luis was great and very helpful when i was confused, and the other sensei/owner was funny and accommodating. it was a stress free environment and with the help of Luis and the owner (i forgot his name) i started to feel a lot more confident.
