Love the class!!! Though it’s not that air-conditioned, I really did feel every ounce of my sweat.. facilities are clean and well maintained! I love our instructor, she’s really good and is very well versed on her words, you can understand everything and also demonstrates every positions clearly. Will definitely go back!

Teacher Marie was very hands on with her students. She gives modifications for students of varying skill levels. She promotes non-violence in her practice. The studio is top-notch! Probably the nicest studio in the metro. Very clean with modern amenities.
