ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent, very comfortable, and high-end facility. Everyone was very accommodating. It was a challenging class, but you can always go with your own pace or rest for a bit. All coaches were amazing and nice. I highly recommend this sports gym for all levels. My only problem is the dim lights, they make me feel sleepy, but maybe it's just me :) Anyway, we will definitely book again

ver todas as avaliaçõesCoach Christian taught us the proper forms and combos with a lot of insight and guidance. He was super encouraging and overall it was a very fun class. They have gloves for rent but no hand wraps-- just something to keep in mind. Highly recommended class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesClass was very fun! The coach was very hands on from warmup stretching down to the last part. He taught us the basics in boxing and had a sparring with each of us, and finished with footwork training. Looking forward to have another class here!
