Loved the meditation before the practice and the peppermint oil application during shavasana. The bodytalk tapping is also an interesting and new practice for me. Will book again!

I felt more muscle groups on my lower body and arms were used. There were core exercises too. I hope the studio can install mirrors 😊

I've unloaded a lot of anxieties and anticipatory grief in Yang Dojo and on Teacher Aesha (I'm so sorry) while doing our Asanas. Please do a cleanse because you don't know how much people like me look forward to coming to Yang Dojo not just for the practice but to address our overall wellbeing.
