ver todas as avaliaçõessometimes i need to defect from pilates and get a hot yoga sweat and this class was exactly what I was craving as a non yoga person who enjoys yoga sometimes. Tyler is a great instructor. Will be back when I can cheat on pilates again. Loved the Friday time slot too.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSofie is my favorite! ☺️ She has a direct but sweet voice and is extremely easy to follow along with. I don’t find myself looking around at others because her cueing is 11/10. Amazing corrections and reminders about breathing and form throughout all her classes. She moves quicker than most Pilates instructors (which I love). Her flow leaves you feeling every muscle in your body! Truly a full body workout with her!!
