Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a great experience at this gym Tommy and a lady instructor guided 4 of us through HIIT training with weights, I learned better form within each exercise and was definitely sweating! Great motivation at go hard but also reminded us to take breaks when we really needed it. Would definitely come back!
