Today they said something like instead of using the body to get into the pose can you use the pose to get into your body. That really landed for me, there are so many beautiful gems to be found in these classes. Thank you Zara Martina!!!

The room is very hot, comparatively with other studios that I’ve done hot yoga at, which were too cool. I’m really looking forward to going back for another one of Ashish’s classes. beyond 5 stars:)
