SHADYSIDE Breathe & Flow
see all reviewsIf you haven't been or are just looking for a different studio, do yourself the favor to go. Simply put, Yoga Flow is incredible. The studio and it's instructors are in a league of their own and manage to meld a combination of physicality and serenity that I have been pressed to find elsewhere...in Pittsburgh or in my travels.

see all reviewsInstructor is fabulous! Motivational yet offers grace. Her voice is full of energy in a very calm assertive tone. Class has plenty of balance challenges, which I like, and instructions for which muscles to think of through the class! Facility is Great! Very clean and the warmth is perfect for a class like yoga slow flow. Thank you Helen! (almost forgot - Best Playlist in any of my exercise classes! When I stop to listen, a grateful tear often wells or I am reminded of a very fun time in my life)

see all reviewsI’m here for the sound bath 😌 however the class was soporific and in my opinion felt like we were in savasana the whole time…thus I guess a bit lackluster. I wouldn’t recommend this Alugn class for people who need a good sweat or are actually looking for a more intensity-driven workout. I’m not really sure which of their classes are more active-focused anymore TBH.

see all reviewsI’ve tried several flow classes at several studios in the past few months and I have to say Liv’s is my favorite. Her cues to improve poses and modifications are so easy to follow and I always leave feeling more capable than I was the class before.
