ver todas as avaliações1st time here & 1st impression was an incredibly friendly staff & super easy initial check in. Then Gabriela gave a killer workout with great music & flawless cueing. Ankle weights are provided along with a variety of weighted dumbbells quickly/easily accessible for amps/mods. Very clean studio. Will return asap!

ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst class with Pragna, and it was a great experience! I appreciate how the music is loud, but her instructions were still loud and clear all while hyping you up. Her class is intense so take breaks when needed and be prepared to sweat!!! I recommend coming to class early to grab a good spot
