She regularly checks form and technique, offers corrections, and even works one-on-one holding the mitts so you can practice your punches. As a lefty with a natural southpaw stance, I especially appreciated that she took the time during both classes I’ve attended with her to help me adjust my technique accordingly. The space was clean, welcoming, and motivating, and the workout was both challenging and fun. I’d definitely take another class with Gabby!

ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent experience. This was my second time boxing ever, and first time doing Muay Thai, and that too with a partner. The trainer/coach, Ty, was very good! He practiced one on one with me and even helped me refine my techniques in boxing. He also considered my uncommon stance as southpaw and helped me to box and kick until I got the moves down!
