Love love love the energy of her classes! Getting up for 6ams is always tough but so totally worth it and the feeling when you wrap up is amazing, feeling totally accomplished and ready to take on the day! Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a real good workout/boot camp kinda yoga class!
