The workout pushed me to my limits while still being manageable, and I left feeling so accomplished! The flow from upper to lower body was amazing, and the energy of this class kept me motivated the whole time. It’s the perfect balance of challenge and fun—such an energizing and effective workout! Daniele ist ein sehr sympathischer und energetischer Coach. Er hat mich mit schon mit einem Strahlen begrüßt, als ich das Studio betreten habe. Das Workout hat richtig viel Spaß gemacht und ist auch für Anfänger*innen sehr gut geeignet. Daniele hat sich viel Zeit für eine individuelle Betreuung genommen und mich richtig extrem gut motiviert!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class led by martins. He is highly motivating and has a great structure for the class although the program shows on the screen too. He gives each student attention and encouragement when needed. It’s my second time here and I enjoy his class a lot better.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio is super clean with great amenities, plenty of showers, changing space, water, hair dryer, etc. Fun and effective video-based workouts with trainer there to explain, check form, and motivate (Atena was great). If you like “gamified” workouts where they show you all your performance stats and a leaderboard, competitive challenges, etc., they do all of that here. They also provide hand wraps and gloves for free. I had fun and will definitely be back!
