Die heutige Class bei Lisanne hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Sie leitet perfekt an und bringt einen immer (!) bis zu seinem eigenen Limit. Dazu eine top playlist. The VERY BEST

ver todas as avaliaçõesNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍

Juliana hat die Class super strukturiert, ist auf jeden eingegangen, hat genau auf die Ausführung geachtet und alle beim Namen angesprochen. Alle waren super welcoming und das Studio ist nicht nur cool eingerichtet sondern auch absolut sauber. I’ll be back 🩵
