ver todas as avaliaçõesIt has been my first class with Xiomara and I liked it very much. She is an experienced trainer, well structured and the class was round. I liked specially the full-body-exercises and the change of springs from heavy to light in the same leg exercise. I will visit her classes again.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was my first time trying Lagree, and it’s definitely more challenging than regular reformer Pilates. Max was great! He explained everything clearly and paid attention to everyone’s form to make sure we were doing the exercises correctly. Great class!

I’ll be back 🩵
