ver todas as avaliaçõesWie immer - eine ganz wunderbare Stunde! :) nur eine kleine Anmerkung: So super es ist, dass nach Wünschen gefragt wird, wäre es cool, dennoch für alle Bereiche zumindest ein wenig was zu machen (auch Rückbeugen, Oberkörper). Vor einer Weile wurde das auch ganz wunderbar in Einklang gebracht. :)

She was really great at correcting my form, and her descriptions made it easy to understand where you should feel the tension in the body.
