She always knows how to say things without you feeling like you aren't doing enough or too much, she makes you feel like it's your practice and it's at your pace. The studio is warm and welcoming and the class is friendly!! I'd say I'm a regular now and I always feel loved when I come in and a thousand times better when I leave.
