The studio is always really hot, which I appreciate. I wish I was able to make it to her class Tuesday nights :( It's a small studio which is nice too, and they don't overpack it, which I also really appreciate!

There were around 7 female students in class. Christine, the front desk person was friendly and gave me a free shirt too. Will be coming back!

I was nervous, but everyone is super welcoming and and Natalie makes you feel like she’s known you forever! Just show up ready to try something new and it will feel like you are dancing with friends after a while. It is super inclusive and you are not obligated to do anything you do not want to do. So fun and such a great workout! I will be back again and again!

This was my first strength training class and while it was definitely hard, I loved it! Guy is a great instructor - super friendly and motivating. Would definitely return!
