    This class was SO GOOD. It was Core + Cardio. A day & a half later & I am SORE in a good way. Can we do this again?! For anyone curious about RCRR: this gym is the best. There are 3 coaches. I love them all equally, which I think is rare. Sign up for the email list so you have a better idea of what each week’s plan is. I have learned so much from RCRR & have pushed myself harder than I ever thought I could.

    Wow. Tough class! I forgot what it was like to do barre. And doing barre at home is so not the same as doing it in a class. It was so wholesome to be in the same space as other people who were doing their best to find their breath, shaking through sets, and just taking care of themselves.     I have yoga'd many a place and the new BodyRiot building might be the best studio I have ever been to. The place offers so much with great variety, a clean space, and friendly welcoming staff. As for the flow today, I really enjoyed it. The progression felt natural. Each flow modification built onto the next and my body felt strong, warmed up, and ready to expand past my limits. Lindsay dropped some lore about the moon at the end of class, which was cool. I would have loved to have her layer the moon lore throughout the class and tie it to the moments that we were experiencing, rather than just as parting savasana thoughts. Lindsay had good peojection and presence around the room - making sure the class felt seen and acknowledged, but I would have loved to have seen her offer adjustments or assists to take us deeper and empower us in our postures.

    One of my most favorite workout classes ever. There was purposeful movement, good energy, modifications, celebration, challenging and fun moves, and a sense of togetherness throughout. It was so much fun. I would recommend this to anyone who has a hard time getting to workouts or the gym because this is a class you would genuinely want to go to. I hope to be back!

    Great workout, challenging. Only thing to note is I don’t know if it’s truly ‘all levels’ because there isn’t a lot of explanation around form or the move. It’s pretty fast-paced if someone is a beginner. It may vary by instructor though. Enjoyed the class, will be back!
