The studio has great amenities and feels high-quality both in its classes and overall environment. The instructors, reception staff, and founder are always kind and welcoming whenever I interact with them. I really enjoy coming here! 🌟

It has helped me become much more aware of how my body moves and connects, strengthened my core from every angle, and significantly improved my posture. Every session feels like an opportunity to go a little deeper and learn something new about my body. I’ve struggled with lower back pain since my teens, and today, at 34, I genuinely feel stronger than I did in my 20s, even though I played competitive water polo until I was 27. That says everything about the difference Reformer with Elena has made for me. 😅
