I travel alot for work and life on the road can be lonely and boring and unmotivating working out in hotel gyms. Appreciated being welcomed at this studio and will return when I’m working in Chicago!

Only thing I recommend is that for the warm ups its spoken more clearer about what to do for someone new or just returning. I wasn’t sure of the amount of time and the next exercise to do. Otherwise, can’t wait to go back!:)
