ver todas as avaliaçõesSuper challenging modern reformer class with little to no stretch breaks. I think it’s the most difficult reformer class I’ve ever done in my life! That said. I learned where my weakest areas are and definitely need to strengthen. Karissa’s cues were on point and she explained every movement clearly and thoroughly. Having come from a dance background I would have loved a little more alignment corrections. I will be back to train again with her!
