I liked that my name was near which exercise I had next. Showers and lockers were downstairs. I had a great workout but understand how some of the reviews mention it helps to come here with a little bit of gym knowledge under your belt. I did sweat a lot and liked the variety of exercises.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAtibia’s a great instructor and really pushed our classes - just what you need for a 6am workout. He demonstrated all the moves, helped with weight adjustments, and encouraged us to challenge ourselves. Great class.
