Numbing cream was used to make it as painless as possible. Place was clean. Knocked off one star because the booking is for 10 moles/tags and only 7 was done, one of which is 3mm so I understand if that counted as two moles. When numbing cream was put on 7 moles/tags, I asked if it was 10 and she said it was so not sure why there is a discrepancy.
