Going to the gym is great, but I tend to get distracted and this is the perfect element for me to add in my workout rotation because it’s group training so you’re held accountable and have to work to complete your sets, while my phone isn’t there to distract me. Dwayne was great and made sure that I was safe during reps– another important aspect you don’t get when you’re working out l solo at the gym.
