They give you clothes to wear and a small private curtained area with a bed and tv and headphones so you can watch Netflix etc. The infrared device is like a sleeping bag. It does get very hot and you’ll sweat a lot. The staff come in a few times to check on you and you can ask them to turn the heat up or down. The experience itself is very relaxing. Would try it again, esp would feel great on a cold winter day.

ver todas as avaliaçõesReally great class. Derric is very welcoming and made it easy for me being new to a group meditation class. The meditation itself is ~40-45 minutes which sounded long at first but it allowed such a deep sense of connection with your body which was much needed after a long week. I felt so peaceful and happy afterward. Would definitely recommend even if you’re newer to meditation!
