I am not the most fit person LOL but the instructor was supportive and offered guidance when she could tell i wasn’t getting it. it’s a little confusing to figure out so it felt like lots of moving around the reformer but i can see that getting easier with time! see all reviewsI lovingly say this is not what I would consider a beginner class! It’s still [solidcore] 😂 aka hardcore. I have taken both (intro and a regular class.) It’s the same class with designated group breaks and a demonstration of each exercise. Just so no one is confused it is the introduction to how [solidcore] operates, but even vets to the method say it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger 😊 When I feel ready and more capable I will retake this class for as long as it takes until I feel more comfortable to keep up with a regular class!

The instructors were amazing, positive, motivational, helpful, supportive I think I had Gianna and Jess those ladies were very welcoming! I haven’t felt that welcomed in a while. I will be back once I get back from vacation. The only thing I will say just for a heads up, the class isn’t lead by instructors they will walk you through each workout but it’s also showing you the workout on the screen. So just be mindful of that but this is a great gym the lady I was partnered with was very supportive as well. This place gets a 10 out of 10 for me! Than you f45!!!

Be mindful that the class may be streamed online. I don’t think anyone should let that deter them from coming, but it is useful to know. This is still your individual practice and your focus should remain on you and what your body feels comfortable doing. I was the least experienced in the class but will proudly go into a modification. 😄 Yoga is not about comparison. It’s about honoring your needs 🧘🏽♀️💕 I met a member who is 53 with scoliosis and said she has been coming for 5-6 years. She shared that it has helped her back issues and increased her mobility. Would highly recommend and return again. 🥰🩷

see all reviewsI’m 6 weeks post op and this was the perfect welcome back yoga session. I felt at ease and completely at peace. I love that you can make your practice your own. I was welcomed from the moment I entered the door with the most radiant positive energy from all of the staff. They even took the time to remember my name. My class was filled with women 50+ which mattered to me because I think as beginners or those of us with insecurities, these are some of the things that may hold us back, wanting to know if you are in a space where you feel like you belong. This was without question an inclusive place. Being that I’m 34 and in a season of teaching my body how to exercise again after not being able to walk on my own without assistance after my surgery, I felt comfortable being in a space where women were talking about arthritis. It was inspiring to see people being active and customizing the practice to best fit their needs. 1,000/10 I would highly recommend and come again! I plan to make this class a monthly thing! Side note: they have amenities such as a tea bar filled with selections that would be amazing pre or post workout. I sadly wasn’t hungry at the time so I didn’t take advantage but I will for sure next time!
