I just wish that they would enforce a grip sock policy because most of the ladies who don’t wear grips, socks, tend to not really clean down the reformers. It’s just sad because this is an amazing studio and most of the older ladies don’t have the common sense to wear grip socks and realize that it’s a cleanliness issue.

She’s incredibly creative and always introduces new moves I’ve never done before, even though I’ve been practicing Pilates for many years. Her Restorative classes are just as amazing. They’re deeply relaxing while still leaving my body feeling refreshed, open, and energized. I especially love the balance of gentle movement, stretching, and release, it feels like a complete reset for both the body and mind. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and restored. Darcy brings so much variety and thoughtfulness to every class with great upbeat background music. I highly recommend her classes!
