ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely amazing. I come for the satsang. Absolutely amazing guru like teacher Eva. She is firm, gentle and does the best concious assists. Acknowledging everyone in the room. The shala was extra warm from hot yoga before which felt nice. Very wonderful practice with great awereness ques Eva makes it easy to stay present and the practice is internally challenging and often brings me to a state of bliss in body and holistically, during and days after. So knowledgeable and pain relief and clarity of mind that stays. She often gives profound yoga philosophy ponderings and easily brings everyone out of their own heads and right into the here and now and levels up. She is magic.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe space is super cozy and everyone was really welcoming and fun to work out with. It was a smaller class structure which worked well with the space and equipment. The instructor designed a solid workout and provided good cues for maintaining form.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe actual class was quite good but I didn’t really like the premises. The changing room felt quite old and the yoga mats provided felt sticky and smelt like feet. If I’d have known, I would have brought my own. Also it would have been good to have the option of English instruction.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThee space is great! The only downside is that you need to be lucky that someone will go in or out so you'd be able to get inside if there's no one working at the reception. I went with a friend who has Bruce so that made it easier to get in.
