You have two sets of weights (one medium and one heavy) with the opportunity to play around and figure out if you need heavier weight. The class went by wicked fast and Abbie gave really great cues throughout. Definitely worth taking and will go again!

It’s very nice that they offer mats, blocks and towels unlike some other studios I have been to. Kim was a great instructor, she demonstrated each movement and I found the class the perfect mix of challenging and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back:)

We had a bit of a smaller class and she did an awesome job of checking everyone’s form and giving corrections and modifications throughout the entire class. I’d take from her again!

The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
