ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my second time taking a jump class and it is not your average Pilates class, yes you use the reformer and Pilates cues but the jump is completely different. It is a nice change of pace, gets your heart rate going and lots of legs but very easy on the knees. Allyson was a great instructor getting on the reformer and always demonstrating and very helpful making corrections and modifications.

This teacher was fantastic , it was my first time doing rhythmic cycling and found it challenging but whoa ! I sweated like no other , it was wild ! Will def. Be coming back here again , instructor was fab!!!
