She responded kindly to questions about the exercises, and she encouraged us to notice our bodies' range today, and to use scaffolding: choosing the weights for the exercises, using the wall when needed, and so on. I'm going back! I feel supported in experiencing my growing embodied strength! The Aligned Collective is warm and inviting. Definitely a homey-feel rather than a gym-feel. Loved it!
