I’ve taken cycle/spin classes before, both at other chains specializing in this exercise style or at multi-class gyms… I never got the chance to try SoulCycle, but it’s easy enough to keep up if you know the basics of spin/cycling and the instructor was helpful without making it obvious you’re visiting. Excited to go again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first class and Diana made me feel super comfortable, and overall, everyone made me feel welcome, from the moment i walked into the facility and even when I got to the studio. The crew goes out of their way to help and accommodate you as much as possible. Diana is full of energy and has a great selection of music to ride to! Class went by so quick, and I left sweaty and feeling very accomplished! I will continue to attend her classes and perhaps try other ones too!
