ver todas as avaliaçõesI showed up 15 minutes early as informed but the door was locked (a Google review at warned this) so I waited around and eventually called and was given a code. Don’t wait around for someone to come to the front desk and just call immediately. Barla was lovely and did a good job, and I’m sure followed the process she was taught. There was a language barrier so maybe Matrix can provide a handout with the steps that are going to be taken and products used during the facial. I don’t know what products were used. This facial included 3 different instances of a hot towel wrapped on my face, hand and foot moisturizing gloves and booties, and hand and feet massages, which was all unexpected. I didn’t enjoy it as a “facial” and wouldn’t go back, but will give them the benefit of the doubt their expertise may be in massage not facials? I recommend going outside of Class Pass to Elase or spaDAY for a solid facial! I should’ve listened to that other review on here…
