ver todas as avaliaçõesI really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI wasn't really sure what to expect but it was a great class. It is heated so you will sweat. there are longer holds, stretching, flows and you can be as free flowing or restrictive as you'd like. Sera had an incredible spirit and inviting space. I hope to visit again

This studio is awesome and the instructor was nice and made the class workout but also relaxed . I also want to come back to this area because they have so many cute shops and restaurants .
