We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!

Started off with a nice head massage, then 15 mins on each foot, super deep and therapeutic, then I rolled over to my stomach and completely clothed, a deep elbow massage on all muscles of my back and legs while fully clothed.
