Minimal weight needed, modifications available for low, medium, and high impact for all moves. Will definitely take this again!

The class was small enough that everybody had individual attention from the coach. The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour.
