ver todas as avaliaçõesEsperanza showed us the chakra points on our body and told us the color associated with each chakra, which I didn’t know about. I also learned the syllable associated with each chakra points, which I did not know either. I liked the chanting we did, which was an effective way of increasing awareness of the breath. I benefited a lot from her session in terms of learning and being aware of your breathing during the day by just slowing down and not getting uptight about things, taking them as they come.
