None of the postures were rushed and it remained challenging until the very end. The room was so spacious and cozy at the same time. Wish I lived closer to this studio :’)

I stopped going to yoga box because most of the power flow classes here go too fast for my taste and are way too hot, but I will start coming back just for Julia’s class if she maintains this teaching style and atmosphere!

The holds in Yin are long, but the instructor helps the time pass with her words, so it doesn’t feel so long, and she gave multiple choices for modifications. Very calming and grounding.

Nikki is an incredible & knowledgeable teacher who appears to truly care for the intentions and presence of her students. I felt so welcomed coming into the class. Excellent pace of class plenty of time to engage and feel the connection into the body. I like the studio atmosphere too and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’m a bit too far to be a regular here but I definitely recommend !
