The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus. Overall, class was challenging, light-hearted, and invigorating!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

Rachel is so knowledgeable about both the asanas of yoga and the spiritual teachings - I thoroughly enjoyed her explanation of the 8 limbs of yoga at the beginning of class. ver todas as avaliaçõesAmber was a real treat, made sure to introduce herself to everyone that was new, ask about their practices, injuries, what they wanted, etc. This was a mixed class in terms of skill, so it moved a little slower and less strenuous than I usually go for. However, I think that’s laid out in the description and hand up, I'm not a big reader and definitely don't know what most of the yoga terms mean. You would think I would learn them, but you'd be wrong. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The studio was small but comfortable, the class was cool, and Amber was a great instructor.

Loved the Vinyasa class and was surprised how flexible I was with the infrared, didn’t think I would be able to do some of the poses because I hadn’t done yoga in a few months and was tight all over. My muscles felt so good after! I’ll definitely be coming back more regularly.

The room was heated and stayed the same temperature through the whole class. Which I love. The lights were perfect. I hate when workout classes have the lights on high beam. We are all sweating. . So having it dim is the way it should always be. Music was also great! haven't worked that hard in awhile. If you want to get in shape I would highly suggest taking her class.

I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!

She was so welcoming and kind, was very clear in guiding us, and even finished the class with a soothing 10-15 sound bath during shavasana. The class was candle light-style, which created a peaceful vibe. I was feeling so relaxed and zen afterwards. RESET is such a cool gym too, with an open and modern style. Maggie who manages the gym was there and was incredibly nice, making me feel right at home. And there’s lots of free parking in their parking lot. I can’t wait to go back!

I’m a beginner so he made sure to ease into the flow with very simple poses, then slowly worked up to where I felt comfortable doing more challenging poses towards the end. The whole session felt very intentional and I left feeling super grounded and refreshed.
