The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

He took the time to provide me with a skin analysis and recommended some steps to keep me looking young just like him haha. I really enjoyed my microdermabrasion facial and his aesthetician skills have won me over. I’m definitely coming back here.
