ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time doing hot yoga. I’ve practiced yoga before but never hot. I did the 60 minute flow and Steve was an amazing instructor. He corrected me when I was wrong and the environment was positive and not pushy which I really appreciated. Also the postures were held for long enough to gain balance and learn how to do it better! I’ll definitely come back ♥️
