Contemporary [Intermediate]
ver todas as avaliaçõesI haven’t really done contemporary dance since college but this class was a great way to get back into it! Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was one of my favorite yoga classes in recent memory. I love the body scan in the beginning, the pacing, the adjustments, the studio, and Gabi’s teaching style. During the end of class she said a quote that resonated with me: “the version of you that started on the mat an hour ago is a different person than the you now. This is your new reality” (or something along those lines). Thank you Glow Yoga!
