There was a consultation at the begging of the appt, then a shampoo and conditioner wash, followed by a cut with wet hair, blow dry, dry cut, and then a roller add in with a dry heat at the end for a style plus. She truly took her time and my hair is healthier than ever! Really loved that she took the time to put rollers in my hair and blow dry it out!
