I am not a big fan of hot yoga that is so popular these days, but during this class it felt so wonderful to have the sun shining on me through the window with a natural breeze of fresh air coming in. Prashant, the instructor was clear and compassionate with his guidance and I also loved a story, music and chanting.

ver todas as avaliaçõesNicole is probably the best dance teacher I met so far. She breaks down complicate dance moves, teaches you to isolate that body part, keeps practicing until the muscle memory sinks in. You can build solid foundations by learning from her, without feeling overwhelmed.
