However, I would dock down 0.25 stars if I could for this particular appointment due to the miscommunication that I think could have been avoided if front desk was more prompt. I had to pay extra because I didn’t double check the pedicure service I actually booked and accidentally told the technician I booked a more expensive tier. The technician (and I) wasn’t made aware of the mistake until too late, when front desk person informed the technician after ten minutes into the session. Just make sure you know what the equivalent service is on their menu!

We started with hot soak followed by a quick lower leg and foot exfoliation, then cuticle work and a foot scrub. After the prep was complete, she went in with gel prep and paint. Lastly was moisturizer and quick massage then a hot towel wrap. Everything was finished up in about 45 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming again! They also have a Venmo code right up front for convenient tip :D

They had lollipops on deck so I had one while I waited for my room to be ready. My skin felt so hydrated and smooth after the treatment. I will say at the end when I gave tip it charged my card twice but the lady mentioned it should be fine just threw me off a bit. I would definitely come back and recommend to any of my friends.
