The service was actually good and I was thinking although it’s a bit of a trip I’d come back but 4 days later my pedicure gel has already started to peel which I feel like is unheard of. Also it wasn’t very clear on the breakdown of CP credits + additional and a little disappointing that credits couldn’t be used for the additional charge as well as the extra manicure service I requested on the spot (I had booked pedicure on CP and wanted to add manicure seeing the place wasn’t busy and I liked how the pedicure was going.

Cici was my esthetician, she is very experienced and professional. She made recommendations and walked me through every step. She also catered to my sensitive skin and made sure to check with me prior to starting every step. She is also very knowledgeable in anatomy so during the 30 minute massage as we waited for the mask to settle, she was able to hit all the right points.
