    Easily one of my favorite Pilates instructors and classes so far! Drew was super smooth with her directions and transitions were a breeze. She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right. Drew was bright and welcoming and such a great way to start the day!

    Priscila is so kind and super motivating. I love this gym and the set up — movement is done 4x for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, before moving onto next station, with 7 stations total. Stretching at the beginning & end. Street parking nearby!

    Love Devin’s classes! The strength class is great because it isn’t your typical Barre class and using heavy weights is great! Devin is super helpful and if you ever need guidance on something, she is there to help. Can’t recommend her classes enough!

    B3 Classes/B3 Strength

    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

    Level Up Lifting- Squat

    Gabe was an excellent instructor that really helped improve my form lifting. It's a great place for beginners or experienced lifters. It's also a self-paced environment, so the sky is the limit. Plus it has a nice water station. I highly recommend training with Gabe.
