ver todas as avaliaçõesCoach Steez was so much fun. We had a warm up, bridge set, plank set & cardio set. Before each AMRAP style set, coach demonstrated each move before we started. The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!
