ver todas as avaliaçõesfirst time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesLaura’s class was cool - individual poses held for 10 breaths at a time. She provided good breathing prompts and various options for pose modifications. I wish there had been more sound bowl playing throughout not just at the end.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAttended for the first time for the Aerial Yoga level 1 with Claire S and it was such a fun class! I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
