This is a straight up fitness weights class and I can’t wait to go back. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. This isn’t yoga - you’ll build muscle and cardio in this one. A lot of people complain about the heat in this studio- it is very hot, which I like. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ver todas as avaliaçõesPilates can be easy or hard. Teachers can go few to many reps. Caroline doesn’t count, she just leaves us eternity to do reps. Can you do it u til she says last one? I’ll return to try again. Her use of the Pilates tower and reformer is worth every dollar, but you take care of yourself now. Be at least minimally fit. Or use her class to get there.

Got a good workout in and wasn’t stressed trying to figure out what was happening the whole time like I sometimes am at other studios. The reformers were in perfect shape as well, seems to be a well managed space.

I have no idea what I’m doing in Pilates but I had fun doing it and the instructor was amazing at correcting my form throughout the class. I can see myself adding Pilates to my regular workout routine.
