It’s also nice that they have TVs with the exercises in case you forget what you’re doing! The two things I didn’t like were out of F45 control: no mirrors (I like to check my form) and there were two groups of ladies chit chatting the whole time. My pet peeve! I need to zone out and focus. Talking is fine at times but they were at it the entire class. Super distracting!
